If you have a vehicle with Otto Car, any Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) issued against your vehicle will usually be sent to us first, as we are the registered keeper of the vehicle.


As soon as we receive the PCN, our team will:


  • Review the notice to confirm the details

  • Notify you promptly via email and SMS text message, using the contact information linked to your agreement

  • Provide clear information about the type of offence, the date and location, and the amount payable (including any deadlines for discounted payment)


We aim to notify you as quickly as possible so that you have enough time to take action - whether that means paying the PCN or appealing.
