Regular servicing is essential to keep your vehicle safe, reliable, and performing at its best. Servicing helps identify wear and tear early and reduces the risk of unexpected breakdowns — all of which are especially important when you’re driving professionally.

Every car is different and must be serviced at the correct intervals, as set by the manufacturer. Staying on top of your servicing schedule not only protects your vehicle — it protects your time, your income, and your peace of mind.

This guide explains what’s involved in a service, how to book one, and what you need to do before and after your appointment.

How to Book a Service

To book your service appointment, follow this link

Rent to Buy Customers:
Any work required outside of the standard service schedule must be paid for by the customer. This includes items such as tyresbrake pads, and other wear-and-tear components.

Rental Customers:
Customers are responsible for the cost of puncture repairs. All other servicing and maintenance is covered by Otto, unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement.

Below is a general guideline for servicing your vehicle, however the most accurate place to find your service schedule is the manufacturers website.
